Hurricane Epsilon Captured by MSG-4 Satellite

Here is a false colour image of Hurricane Epsilon captured by the MSG-4 satellite. The National Hurricane Center started monitoring a non-tropical low late on October 15. It slowly organized and gained convection despite moderate wind shear as it meandered southeast of Bermuda.
